This Privacy Policy explains how ProSwing10k ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, and (optionally) phone number you provide when you or a coach create an account.
- Content you upload: drill titles, notes, and videos.
- Usage data: basic logs required to operate the Service (IP, request timestamps, error traces).
- Player data: coaches may add players with a first name and phone number to send drill invitations.
How we use information
- To provide the Service — sign-in, drill storage, video playback, assignment delivery.
- To send SMS invitations and reminders when a coach initiates them.
- To keep the Service secure and debug issues.
- To communicate essential account notices.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your drills or videos to train third-party AI models.
Subprocessors
- Cloudflare — video hosting, delivery, and edge caching.
- Twilio — SMS delivery.
- Supabase / Lovable Cloud — authentication, database, and application hosting.
- Google — optional single sign-on.
SMS and opt-out
When a coach adds your phone number, you may receive SMS from ProSwing10k on behalf of that coach. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all future coaching SMS from that sender; reply HELP for help.
Data retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page inside the app. Deletion removes your drills, players, assignments, and uploaded videos from the Service. Backups may persist for a limited period as part of routine operations, after which they are purged.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us via the email on our website and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service is intended for coaches and their players aged 13 or older. If a coach adds a minor to the platform, the coach represents they have appropriate consent from the minor's parent or guardian.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level authorization) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure — you use the Service at your own risk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service.
