Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProSwing10k (the "Service"), operated by the ProSwing10k team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use — coaches may invite their own players, but you may not share account credentials with third parties.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of drills, videos, notes, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, transcode, and deliver Your Content solely to provide the Service to you and to the players and clubs you share it with.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, including the right to record and share video of any person featured in it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service.
- Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
- Do not upload content depicting minors in unsafe or exploitative ways.
4. SMS messaging
Coaches may send SMS invitations and drill notifications to their players through the Service. By providing a phone number and continuing, players agree to receive coaching-related SMS from their coach's club. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help.
5. Third-party services
The Service uses trusted vendors to operate: video hosting and delivery (Cloudflare Stream), SMS (Twilio), authentication and database (Supabase / Lovable Cloud). Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion, your drills, players, assignments, and uploaded videos are removed from the Service; backups may persist for a limited period as part of routine operations.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
